I ve lived on the fifth floor of this building for six years at this point and as long as I live in Kamloops I hope to remain here The building is well managed by an off site management company in town if any issues arise with one of the elevators or other maintenance concerns come up they are dealt with promptly A FOB is needed to get into the building and is needed once more to utilize the elevator to go up or down and the stairs doors require a key to exit from the stairway onto floors with apartments on them so the building feels very secure There is underground heated parking and the area can't be beaten Although these are newer apartments and can often be on the smaller side the huge amount of natural light due to large windows and the high ceilings make the units bright and pleasant And I can't think of a single better location in town you're a two minute walk from grocery stores liquor stores pubs and bars restaurants the library banks anything you could want
