Beautiful condo on the Port Credit waterfront with great amenities. Residents love how safe they feel with the 24-hour concierge and security staff who are attentive and professional. There is a sense of community with an active social committee that organizes seasonal events.

Mixed feedback from early residents. The location and modern aesthetic is great. However, garbage chute, air conditioning, and lack of security cameras are cited as problematic.

Residents note professional staff and quick responses from management. The amenities stand out as one of the best in the Square One area with access to 17,000 sq ft of recreation space that includes a rock-climbing wall and virtual golf simulator and a 6,000 sq ft outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, the drawback of living in a 36 storey building is the complaints of elevator waiting times.

75 The Donway West is a well maintained, smaller building offering a quiet, respectful, and tight knit community. The lobby is calm, the grounds are beautifully kept, and nearby parks and trails add to the lifestyle. Steps from Shops at Don Mills with easy access to the DVP and 401, it combines convenience, safety, and comfort with reasonable condo fees.

Six strorey building about 10 years old Built and developed by The Citizen Group with many defects and repairs required after closing Nice Lobby gym and party room Good corner location in Central Etobicoke shows well Condo fees are very high for comparable codos in Etobicok it's a small building with Concierce service Lots of retired Kingsway residents that downsized from large expensive homes in the prestigious Kingsway Property managers are mediocre to poor.

The building is great, wide walkways clean and has great views. Ive lived here for about 3 years. The landlord was always right on time if I needed anything.

After meticulously researching condos in the area we decided to purchase at 3515 Kariya and are in love with our unit The condo as a whole is very well taken care of both by management as well as the owners tenants It's constantly clean quiet and smoothly run and managed The units are gorgeous no kind neighbours and as a whole no troubles at all We are very happy with this building

The condominium community in this building and the neighbourhood is great Very quite neighbourhood and the building is very pleasant Our Condominium Board and Property Management are very active and constantly looking for ways to improve the facilities and keep maintenance costs low for us Very happy with their work My only issue is with the Van Dyk builders While they did a great job on some things They were lacking in other areas PROS 1 Exterior looks great very appealing 2 Excellent location On a trail and close to schools hospitals police and the city center 3 The condo is set up for a small community that will keep costs low no concierge and swimming pool for instance CONS 1 Quality of construction is poor wood frame construction basically a large house 2 Many issues with the roofing after only 2 years 3 The design choice is not the best for a long term view of the building The look of the building will become tried after a while and will need to be updated 4 The value of the products used inside the units is not great The handles and wood flooring are of very poor quality 5 Sound proofing is up to code whatever that means but I can hear my neighbours very clearly at speaking levels
