How does the rating system work?

Condition: How is the general condition and quality of the condo? The units themselves and the common areas? Unit size/sq footage

Maintenance: How well is the condo maintained? Comments about cleanliness, landscaping, recent updates? Cost of the monthly maintenance fee? Does building management respond quickly to issues and inquiries?

Security: Safety of the condo. Is there a security guard or front desk attendant? Does the condo have cameras? Parking garage? Elevators and fobs? Is there a sense of community?

Location: How is the neighbourhood? Nearby schools, grocery stores, shopping, public transit, etc.

Amenities: Is there a pool? Gym? Party room? Day care? Valet? Outdoor area? BBQ? Gaming area?

Do I need an account to leave a rating and review?
Yes, to leave a rating and review you need to sign up by creating an account. It will take only a minute or two to sign up. We require only the most basic information, ie. name and email. Once you’ve created an account, you can leave ratings and reviews, as well as add condominiums to the directory.
Don’t want to sign up and create an account?
Not to worry. You can still read reviews and see ratings without an account. Feel free to browse condominiums and be advised.
I forgot my password, can I reset it?
Yes. You may reset your password by clicking “Forgot my password” on the sign in page. An email will be sent to you and you can follow the simple password reset process.
I want to delete my review, can I delete it?
Yes, you can delete or edit your review at any time. All your reviews are available to view within your account. All changes can easily be made in the “My Reviews” tab. Simply click edit or delete in the bottom right-hand corner of the review.
Do I need to own the condo in order to review it?
No. Whether you rent or own, you can write a review about your experience with the condo. As long as it is relevant to the condo, your review can help others get informed.
I can’t find my condo listed, can I still leave a review?
If you don’t see your condo in our directory, it is easy to add one. In the top right hand corner of the Homepage click “Write a review.” You will see an “Add Condo” button and follow the simple steps.
Can I add a condo from another country?
Currently, CondoAdvisory only includes condos within Canada and the United States.
