Overall I loved living in this building Although the building is 20 years old the construction shows great quality The inside decor of the building needs an update but is not overly objectionable just dated The difficulty in this building is both with the property management company and the board of directors and some of the renters owners A serious lack of information from the board and property manager causes in fighting and discontent within the owners and renters It's really too bad because it's a lovely location Investment wise it's good as long as you can put up with the politics
