I rented at 941 Crystal Lake and the rent was reasonable and they allowed small animals I was going to college and on a tight budget so it worked for me I never thought to go door to door to check out the neighbors big mistake Long story short there is a horrible drunk in unit 407 she is verbally abusive and stinks very bad You can always hear her clanging her nightly 100 bottles of beer from her dirty little silver car LOOSER She lives alone there with her grandson who is just as weird He was very mean to any pets left unattended They will rent to anyone these days for a buck Renters beware
