No one will submit a comment unless they with many past owners experienced it this is to inform people to make sure they check their paperwork and to make sure council is following the strata law set out by the B C government As we all know this is a known fact in this complex no ax to grind

This strata and management company does not fill out form B form as required by law to inform new purchasers regarding problems with water and mildew in outside walls They have been for years have been having this problem with the buildings but Not Declare it in the legal documents This is against the law to lie and miss inform new purchasers
