Reviewed onThe complex has much to offer in terms of amenities Gym olympic size pool tennis and close to the beach However the maintenance goes up every few years 8 10 and the dock agreement shifts all the liability taxes repairs to the dock renters The garages are dirty and most of the building is old and smelly
