If you are thinking of purchasing a unit in Villas de Venezia I have one word for you RUN You will be paying alot of money for absolutely nothing not to mention the ridiculous association fee for an ungated community Security is completely non existent The grounds are horribly maintained they have a major problem with fecal matter left behind by the pigeons on every staircase landing and the office does nothing about it The pool is rarely cleaned The surrounding neighborhood is pretty scary too So take my advice and keep looking
