Very Loud Building with no soundproofing not a place you want to rent
Reviewed onMoved out of this building due to excessive noise It was impossible to sleep there is virtually no soundproofing between units you can hear all around you upper lower and sides and even with white noise it is intolerable

Absolutely horrible building to live in rent BEWARE
Reviewed on1289 Ellis cannery lofts AVOID owning or renting in this building at all costs When bout thi was a beautifully maintained building with a quiet and professional atmosphere In the past few years it has become unbearable to live in as a owner with mainly short turn over rentals it is like a frat house Multiple 19 25 year olds per unit every night is party night Absolutely not a building for professionals retirees or adults looking to enjoy their home and space Walls have zero soundproofing side to side or above below The buikding has dated and dirty hall carpets that should have been replaced 5 years ago and damage to all hallway walls The high price of Kelowna rentals means people rent for the short term as they can't afford to start longterm and the turn over is constant the units on either side of the obey owned had 4 5 different rentals within a YEAR Even with attempts to soundproof my own door and add insulation it was unlovable conditions Sold at the 1st chance I got below value and would never return to the building
