This was a nice building in a good area. Unfortunately the building voted to not go through with the special levy and not worth it. I thank god I saw where the wind was blowing and got out of there when I could. Honestly I wouldn't touch this building with a 10 foot pole no matter how cheap the units are now there half price compared to what you can buy in Surrey which tells you something. Seeing hordes of Chinese owners scream that the council and property management is stealing all the money reject the special levy and then what takes the cake is the property management quit. What property management company quits a building that's massive and is likely one of their biggest clients. I think we were paying over 15 k month. Needless to say the next company just took their paycheck and let the building fall completely apart I suspect it will be condemned soon. I was so lucky that I sold my unit to someone that didn't realize the mess they were getting into before prices crashed. Now that I'm gone I can honestly say that the building is filled with crazy Chinese people who just scream that someone's stealing their money constantly which is why no repairs get done and its falling apart look at Chinatown and you'll see the standard of care you can expect the restaurants don't even clean the banners above them for god sakes they just leave 30 years of dirt to accumulate till you can't make out the name

I know someone in this building and have visited on a few occassions What can I say some buildings just look like they will have trouble This one always seemed like a good candidate for a leaky building no overhangs stucco appearing stained etc Not to mention it was built in 1994 Sure all that does not mean it will be leaky but guess what there are assesments of about 40 K approved for each unit Think I would stay away from this one atleast for now
