Reviewed onThis is a nice building The unit I saw didn't face Edmonds so it was very quiet Not to say facing Edmonds would be noisy The condo was very nice with an extremely bright kitchen and eating area The building has been redone It was under tarps a few years ago Now it has been rainscreened Would recommend this for somebody who wants a condo but not in an extremely dense area
