Reviewed oni would have to agree this is not a very good investment especially if your intentions are to buy very uninviting theme with the excessive signage on the front window and a very dated lobby the building really cannot be compaired to anything in the area not to mention it is a leaky condo too many restrictions to list which does nt help my resale value the location is the only thing 1188 howe has going for it

Reviewed onI have to agree with the previous review It is in a decent location but the building isn't as nice as others in the area Could be better maintained I guess I would consider buying as an investor or to live if it is cheap enough

Definitely a Rental
Reviewed onThis building is in a great location however it could use some upgrades and better maintenance Unless you like being in the middle of all the action this building probably isn't for you A lot of the residents are renters and typically aren't as caring as owners would be and therefore it isn't in tip top shape If you are looking to purchase a rental property the great location will be advantageous
