Non smokers beware
Reviewed onI enjoyed renting in this building initially although I was surprised to hear the residents above me talking playing music and just moving around A few months later new tenants moved in above and they happen to be chain smokers The odor of cigarettes is overpowering There is a serious ventilation issue in this building If you care about your lung health stay away I know I will be

Reviewed onIf you're planning to rent then go ahead Do NOT buy in this building Strata fees are higher than any other condo in this area and there are NO facilities to justify such high fees No theater no pool no hot tub no sauna no pool table no guest suite no car wash facilities and NO GYM NOTHING Building also recently started having silverfish issues that strata is NOT addressing Property manager will respond to your emails within a 3 month time frame
