Reviewed onThis building has been rain screened and had many updates and improvements done to it Including lobby hallways fire panel entryphone and 550 000 spent on elevator modernization This is an undervalued great building

Reviewed onThis building wasn't too nice in my opinion It looked old outside and in It looked very cheap and the condo itself was pretty cramped Amazing how the location doesn't feel so nice even though it is so close to Yaletown
