Neighborhood is full of gang members
Reviewed onAfter a week of living at this condo complex I learned more about Richmond than I d ever hoped to There was a shooting down the road in broad daylight just months before I moved in Gang related After moving in I noticed a few very obviously gang related individuals living there The strata council wanted to stay out of it and not get involved so the strata rules are essentially unenforced Stay away from this neighborhood
