The biggest problem is with the management and are dismissive and ignore everything giving lame excuses when challenged Management passes everything off year after year Council is inexperienced and feel they have no choice This is a relatively new building that is quickly deteriorating No money for maintainence Divided community that is severely disfunction due to poor management My advise run away

Terrace View could be a little gem if it were not for the overbearing obsessive heavy handed self serving strata council This is the primary problem in Terrace View On a positive note some owners have been working hard to change this unfortunate aspect by taking any and all power away of the council and hiring a reputable property manager If this were accomplished Terrace View would be a lovely place to live High number of units for sale and frequent owner turn overs are the direct result of the well document council mismanagement
