Yes there is a huge assessment on every unit in this building ranging from 45 to 63 thousands and yes the prior condo boards and the property management companies did not do their duties to ensure normal upgrades and repairs to an aging building were done on an ongoing schedule but when this is finally over in the next few years we still will have a perfect location larger units than newer building a better building than before and estheticaly improved and all this with an unobstructed view of Parliament Lac Leamy fireworks river airport etc and all this within walking distance of NRC CSIS CSEC CHMC and the Montfort hospital and Cit à Collegial I believe this is an investment not a burden
