Building staff very attentive but some issues I experienced as an owner Elevators offline and long waits due to only 3 elevators total cracks in the ceiling common according to other owners humidity issues due to airflow design common area mechanical breakdowns often manager group not efficient in communicating lots of rentals very cold in winter and heating costs windows leak cold air level of finishes is average pet waste on the exterior grounds sky train noise and train noise construction noise all the time It's pricey living here but it's a pretty good place overall
