The units are old and run down very dated There are spiders Mice silver fish and really small creepy ants in the kitchen The outside is run down looks like the buildings are falling apart wind came up and shingles came off the roof the pool is not accessible under repair all window seals are broken mold in windows and on grout in pool smells musty in unit no basement just open dirt continuous from one unit to the other Smell of sewer outside the buildings Spider webs everywhere and just messy there is no main office or maintenance Would not recommend this place to anyone will be renting some where different

This is a Wonderful clean complex Very friendly complex Beach front is the best beach family has every experienced Would recommend this place especially for family living
