Reviewed onWhen I was shopping for a downtown condo my agent showed me a suite in this building It was horrible small surface niceness but no quality I hated it immediately All I can say is that it's in a pretty good location close to the subway Bloor Yonge etc

Reviewed onI owned and lived in the building for just under 2 years could not wait to get out of there While the location is ideal the building itself and its residents were less so Poor soundproofing between units ineffective property management and tenants that threw their garbage off their balconies DO NOT make this condo your primary residence
