I rented a unit in this building for 6 months I am glad i didnt go for a one year lease First of all the apartment wasnt ready on the first day of the month when I had to move in Secondly the heating in this building is old and makes a lot of noise Thirdly and this is the most important thing you cannot access the laundry from within the building You have to go outside and then access the laundry Imagine doing that in 30 in Calgary winters To top it all the machine for reloading the laundry cash cards doesnt work You have to walk to the Shell gas station on 4th St to top up your cards The walls are razor thin and you can hear people at odd hours of the night
