I have visited some freinds in this building and from what they tell me it is an affordable option in the Brentwood area All in all it seems to be not a bad place but certainly not the best building or condition I have seen I guess you really do get what you pay for On a positive note the location is pretty good within reasonable walking distance to Brentwood Mall and Skytrain Suites are a good size so value is there The only thing I am not a fan of is that it seems like a rental building common areas and building in gernal just have the feel of not beeing cared for as if they were a home I felt like I would not want to live there on a long term basis
