PROS Lived in this condo between 2007 2009 For the age of the building it is well maintained The property management company that runs it is efficient and they always post memos on the elvators bulletin boards Convenient location Here's some of the things just downstairs within 1 2 blocks Starbuck's Subway Sandwiches open 24 hours Dentist Dog Groomer Grocery stores Meditteranean Deli Sushi Korean BBQ Best in town I hear Authentic Mexican try the cactus Greek Bakery Post Office Art Gallery The maintenance staff has a good sense of humour which is a bonus They're always busy cleaning during the day We've only had two incidences in 2 years where we hade to tell our neighbours poilitely to turn down the speaker volume during one of the rare late night parties they had Overall the neighbours are respectful and friendly Cons If you're a light sleeper as I am in the units facing Lonsdale you will notice the street noise off Lonsdale especially after a Canucks game or late at night on Fridays Sa ays However you get nice views so it's a bit of a trade off
