This was a very nice place when I first moved here I imagine due to the economy many of these units that were purchased as investment properties are now being rented very cheap As such there are some really nasty people living in this development You can now smell people smoking weed as well as hear drug deals when your out on your balcony listen to the hip hop cars with extremely loud mufflers and base levels at all hours of the night When I purchased this property the COA s stated no dogs over 40 lbs and no pit bulls I have seen several large dogs on the property which is fine except for the many pit bulls that scare me to death Young college age kids partying all hours of the night with loud music If the loud music occurs on a weekend forget about it There is no 24 hour property management property management doesn't even reside on the property and security can't leave their booth to come stop it You just have to put up with it The landscapers seem to enjoy using their blowers to blow as much dust dirt etc directly at your vehicle when they could easily blow it another direction You can never keep your car clean People without parking passes park there old cars in covered spots where their not supposed to and let their oil and other fluids leak all over the place I fear the day where some poor animal is going to drink radiator coolant because property maintenance doesn't clean it up put notes on the vehicles etc
