After two years of enduring increasing noise 20 somethings with more at ude than brains or manners and late night party ers congregating in the stairwells I finally abandoned this building three months ago I had planned to purchase but the building is surrounded by five major colleges and the parents of the student realize that buying something makes much better financial sense than paying dorm fees
