Location is perhaps the best and worst aspect of this complex It's great for those who want live off the beaten path next to water some units have expansive views of nature and beside a pleasant nature trail system Better than average workout centre It's not great for those without a car as there are very few services or shops within easy walking distance Also it's not a place that would welcome noisy parties as most residents are professionals who need to work the next day or retirees who are asleep Strata fees are also above average partly because they have a resident manager

Well on the surface this is a neat area and the views and layouts in the building are great value is great also What I am not sure about here is the area being a bit cut off It is always nice to be able to walk to amenities etc and here you cannot I like the feel of the area but not sure I would be OK with the proximity to amenities On a good note this particular complex has been rain screened so hopefully there will not be much to worry about in the near future
