February 2016 I was poised to purchase a condo in this building in Spuraway Gardens West Vancouver On the way to the condo I noticed a distinctly unpleasant odour in the hallway but the realtor said it was the fresh paint During my tour I asked to see the allotted storage locker There again the same odour Then it dawned on me I recognized the smell as that of dead decomposing vermin which is the only smell of death I have ever experienced So I called Spuraway's management company but nobody answered the telephone and I did not receive a callback
