If you are single or young couple without kids this building is not bad Commute is good and indoor parking is provided tho parking lost is very dirty trash everywhere and white stuff coming off from ceiling Facilities are old enclosed no windows and haunting but can be utilized Elevators break down all the time but walking up stairs can be good exercise Building is old and windows are leaking winds but if you are healthy you can deal with it As a single living on low floor I have no complaint But if you have elderly disabled and young kids in your family you need to think twice Can you afford not having elevators if when emergency happens Can you pick up your strollers and walk up stairs How about people in wheelchairs There are times when ALL elevators are down One time a tenant in wheelchair got stuck at the lobby without elevators I don't know how he got home

After I moved in I kept asking myself why would I chose to live in a condo building and paid 15 K month with parking hydro tenant insurance yet the building doesn't even have working elevators I was late for work for another 15 minutes this morning because of no elevators and I needed to take the stairs It is sooooo frustrating and that happens more than half of the time I plan to move out as soon as my tenant contract is up as I think it will cost me my job if I keep moving there under this condition AVOID living in this building at all cost unless you are living on pension or welfare which you have all the patience in this world to wait for broken elevators or walk up and down stairs EVERY DAY

OMG I am renting an unit here for less than 1 year and at least 1 elevators were down for 8 months 90 of the time only 2 elevators are running for all households With broken programming those 2 elevators are mostly moving together and it takes 20 minutes to get in one I live on the 20 floor and now I am running out of patience and don't know how to deal with this situation except from moving out at once when my lease is up P S The superintendents in this building are never at their office

This is a very very old building I think they should tear it down and rebuild a new one Elevators are never working There's bugs little cockroaches running inside the building all the time The facilities are so torn hardly anyone uses it Yes the rent is comparatively cheaper in the neighborhood but you get what you pay for Always constructions downstairs roads are all blocked beggars and hobos wander around metro strip mall It's ok to live there if you are an adult with very low living standard but definitely not a place for children and elderly

This is a poorly managed building with elevators down all the time When I lived there I had to wait 10 minutes every morning for the only one elevator working if it hadn't been used for garbage It is unacceptable especially that building has 20 floors and they can't just keep 1 working elevator for all tenants I complained and even wrote a complaint letter to the head office in Brampton but received no response as no one cares After a year and half I got fed up and moved out I only wish I could leave sooner Now I am living even closer to square one Yes the rent is a bit higher with smaller unit but it is a much newer building with better everything And most importantly elevators are working very well and I never wait longer than 2 minutes yeah

Where should I start This building definitely has second hand smoke issues in units and hallway but I assume most cheap old buildings have the same issue in the neighborhood so it isn't much a big deal to me The worst are 1 It takes 10 min to wait for an elevator every time as the management always closes 1 and allow only 2 working When it's a moving in day and another elevator's occupied It is so horrible that everytime I see ambulance out this building and I assume someone dies because there's no elevator available for speedy treatment I strongly advise old people and people with chronic illness DO NOT RENT there you will die for sure if there's a sudden attack 2 There's no AC The AC doesn't work and I am sweating when I am writing this I honestly don't know how I can get through this summer 3 There's facility in the building But with no windows in the gym sauna I feel like they are haunted Kaneff increases the rent every year but the service is getting worse Things are getting old A lot of issues not heard after you speak to the building managers I have been looking to move out but because of the influx of immigrants and refugees it is not easy to find an available 2 bedroom condo at this location
