Saltspring

I have visited a couple units in the building and I was very impressed This is just a very well taken care of building in a great area tucked away I am not sure if many people know of the area if you have never been it is a must see Very peaceful and self contained Choices market right in the community but also just steps away from the skytrain station The building itself is one of the nicest if not the nicest in the area for its age Units are large laid out well All the ground floor units have their own yards feels more like a small rancher than a condo

I visited a unit in this building The condo had a good functional layout None of the rooms were small Very quiet and peaceful Yet close to the skytrain Some shopping a block away as well as the park

I have a freind that lived in this building and I have to say I have not seen a nicer unit all around in the area City in the Park is a gteat little area tucked away in a quiet setting There are a number of lowrise building in this area but this one stands out as the best Just from the outside it appears to be very well mantained there is certianly pirde of ownership here Then on the inside the same can be said Although the building is not new it has been maintained in a such a way that it almost feels new The suites are a good size as well the one I have been in has a huge private yard it felt like a house I have never come accross anything like it
