This is a rather nice sight with attractive selling prices Being a Co op and not a condo one will not see any advantage in renovations as the selling price will be depressed can't recover cost of improvements The maintainence fees hover around 450 per month which is a little on the high side the cost of operating a building with less than 30 owners And this building is managed by an independent company that does work for the Co op board but will nickle and dime the owners Being almost 50 years old the site could prove expense to repair as time passes Not recommended
