The condo fees are far too high for the services provided The decor is outdated in the common areas The cleanliness of the common areas is poor Lawn maintenance and snow removal are not regular Even within my unit I could clearly hear the people above me walking vacuuming and their dishwasher running The location is good but this place is an eyesore compared to the newer condos in the area
