Melrose Place

I lived in this building and got more than I expected The Suites have a nice layout and lots of light The balconies are well designed Some of the apartments are facing the inner Courtyard and have a nice view Management is awesome always have the building clean and very cooperative with tenants The community room is huge bigger than most I have seen in other building There are 2 guest suites available to rent at a very reasonable cost This building is also fully rain screened and still has building warranty In summer 2008 the entire building inside got painted and new carpeting in the hallways Building has a nice look to it as well I think for the money this is a good Buy The only negative I have to say for this building is there is no gym or pool
