This place is the spitting image of a file cabinet Sound is horrible The walls are so thin you hear neighbors peeing There's no rules or service If people smoke get drunk or play loud music deal with it yourself Nothing ever gets done There's no speed limit sign or block watch The landscaping is also ugly because management refuses to pay contractors good money for all their hard work Your strata fees end up in the garbage Not recommended for new comers to the housing market
