Very old place run down in many aspects held together with stop gap measures that have had their side effects and caused even more problems Difficult and often unpleasant management and it is a lease hold building so you will not have much say in matters Only two good things can really be said 1 Many good people living there but not sure how it is these days 2 Great location near beach park West End amenities Owners have been selling by the droves gee wonder why
