Lillian Park

"For more than 50 years, Shiplake has built and/or managed some of Toronto’s most iconic residential addresses, including many of the rental towers which have come to define the intersection of Yonge & Eglinton… the heart of midtown. With each new development since the company’s founding, Shiplake has brought to the planning and construction of its buildings a passion for architecture and a love of design, an embrace of new technologies and commitment to environmental sustainability, an appreciation for green spaces and desire for public accessibility and a promise of affordability. Privileged to have built many of Yonge and Eglinton’s finest residential towers over the years, the company finds itself poised to redefine midtown living, once again, with the introduction of Lillian Park. In collaboration with some of the development industry’s leading consultants, Shiplake’s vision for Lillian Park includes a design that embraces the neighbourhood’s historical context through a modern interpretation, encourages pedestrian interactions and circulation, makes private art collections a public amenity, improves neighbourhood traffic patterns and enhances programming for new residents and existing community members. Most of all, Lillian Park maintains Shiplake’s commitment to rental housing in the neighbourhood. Building distinctive rental communities at Yonge and Eglinton is Shiplake’s history. And Shiplake’s future."
