Unfortunately there is one renter who got in before the bylaws he lives below my condo and has issues I am quiet but he constantly complains and expects all to cater to his demands because of health issues The council nor the management company has been unable to correct this situation and I feel forced to leave The Strata Act although assisted in many areas is not strong enough to get rid of troubling situations such as this man WARNING re such problems However no matter where you live you could have problems but when the problem is directly below you and slams doors and bangs on the door frames for any noise he hears or THINKS he hears is more than I can stand so am moving
