Reviewed onSix strorey building about 10 years old Built and developed by The Citizen Group with many defects and repairs required after closing Nice Lobby gym and party room Good corner location in Central Etobicoke shows well Condo fees are very high for comparable codos in Etobicok it's a small building with Concierce service Lots of retired Kingsway residents that downsized from large expensive homes in the prestigious Kingsway Property managers are mediocre to poor.
