I was an original buyer who bought during construction Looks superficially nice but be warned This building was built by Canberra brothers whose last name was Troha from Vancouver Problems right from start all warranties nullified as products such as windows roof etc were not supplier installed The middle one bedroom unit facing south on the second floor has a lovely plumbing problem where sewage backs up and spills over from the toilet in the half bathroom No handicap parking stall or visitor parking stalls as required by the City of Calgary Storage lockers in parkade where deemed illegal by the City There are no common property benefits such as party room guest suite etc Constant cash calls and increases in condo fees
