Reviewed onI owned suite in this building and I was lucky to sold it right on time Building has piping problems and hot cold water mixture Leaky windows as is poorly build Very unprofessional strata council and overall very bad So many trade people replaced in very short time and who knows how many property managers Not worth money for sure

Reviewed onI was going to buy a unit here I asked for the assesments and found there is an engineering report Leaky condo situation with a bill for over 7 million to start The pool is closed and scummy now The note on the door says the strata cant afford to fix the filter
