suites are nice spacious and new appliances good value for first time buyers trying to get into the market

Nice suites good layout the western side gets quite hot in the summer especially the top floor

We rented here for almost 2 years up until early 2011 Units are nice new and spacious We were on the 3rd floor and didn't have any concerns the owner neighbors beside and above were friendly Moved to a townhouse whistler where I work so it's my boyfriend's turn to commute to Squamish

Building location is ideal pretty much walking distance to everyting in the north end of Squamish which is being developed more and more Building has improved greatly over the years as more owners have moved in Also stable strata council and management since 2006 Used to own a unit but sold in 2010 and moved to North Vancouver Building is newer and overall good value for the current prices which will likely be creeping up with the limited supply

I rented a unit in this building when it first opened I was and still am charmed by the beauty of the architecture of the building It's also walking distance to every store in Squamish However the building is right next to 7 11 which means it is the local teenager hang out spot Lots of lottering vandalism etc Their favourite activity in the summer is to throw eggs at the building facade and windows Lots of fighting and drug deals Also most occupants are renters not owners and the strata is extremely weak Loud parties much wear and tear They had to close the rooftop terrace because someone threw furniture off the top of the building

Lovely unit but building overall is not good Most units are rentals and every month there is wear and tear on common hallways walls lobby elevator as renters move in and out Not enough controls too many absentee owners who don't care Too many dogs and too many very young renters
