Reviewed onWe didn't buy here as this complex has an engineers report that says that the underground parking needs substantial remediation for water ingress as well as indicating all the landscaping needs to be removed in order to fix the problem Has this been resolved We have been watching this complex and have not yet seen any indication this has been fixed
