A great place that has turned itself around My wife and I own a unit in this building We bought when it was under construction back in 2007 and we're looking forward to a sound investment Initially it was not There were many problems with poor tenants in the building for many years However I can tell you that a lot of action has been taken since those dark days such as in house management security FOB system owners taking more care in tenant placement and more it has vastly improved and I am proud to say that it is a great place to live for families Keep up the great work management

Been living in a top floor of this building for a couple months now and things have been good Rarely ever hear the neighbours and the complex is fairly quiet especially at night Prices are reasonable and the highway access is amazing definitely a huge perk Maintenance and cleaning also seems to be kept up fairly well It is mostly rentals so there are some messy noisy tenants in the halls and parking lot occasionally but it is pretty minor and management seems to be good about filtering the bad ones The newer fob system helps immensely fobs only give you access to your floor so it is hard for anyone to sneak in Overall I would recommend The Vibe definitely a good spot for those looking to buy rent a nice starter apartment in Chilliwack

Lots of students in here Walls are paper thin I would only recommend top floor Dirty carpets Otherwise not a horrible place just not suitable for professionals and far from luxury Definitely a 2 star

Much better key fob system keeps the buildings and parking secure and tough love seems to keep the place much more livable
