Ignorant strata council and very poor building management
Reviewed onThis building is very poorly managed by NAI Goddard and the strata council The owners have been cited for discrimination by the Human Rights Tribunal in a case involving marijuana smoke and tobacco smoke which permeated an owner's unit forcing these owners to move out The strata council did nothing to help the non smokers despite the non smokers requests for assistance The BC Human Rights Tribunal found that the strata discriminated against the non smokers and has ordered the strata to cease the discrimination and to pay a cash award to the non smokers So much for healthy living in this building Don't buy in here unless you smoke dope yourself
