I recently visited a unit in the building and was quite disappointed with the quality of the finishings and the building maintenance The finishings in the unit itself seemed quite cheap or low end to me the building is a few years old now and has not worn well For the prices they are asking I am certainly not impressed with the product The other thing I noticed is that the building maintenance seems to be lacking there is a lot of staining on the building and moss etc I would have expected it to look better for the age On a positive note there are some great views and the buildings concrete which is an advantage over some of the other ones at SFU
