Reviewed onJust moved in a few months ago and couldn't be happier The other owners in the complex are so pleasant and helpful Very proactive strata When the sun is shining it pours in all day The views are fantastic Very hard to find a condo which includes two parking spaces Condo fees are low and they also include cable and gas

Stunning Views upper units will suffer from traffic noise
Reviewed onI m on the 10th floor and the views of the Fraser river and the mountains is superb The walls and floors ceilings are extremely good at preventing any sounds from neighbours from reaching you The only downsides to this building are The traffic noise due to the high volume of commercial trucks that use the surrounding streets that lead onto and off of the Patullo Bridge to avoid the toll bridge The exterior is looking dirty Because it's stucco it can't be pressure washed without risking damage
