Love this location it may not be for everyone but if you like the scene on Main Street shops restaurants etc this may be the place for you Nice layouts good size suites nice community feel with park space between buildings And last but certainly not least the building is rain screened Wheewww Seems that if you are buying a building of this age it is only a matter of time until it gets rain screened so may as well just buy one that has been and avoid the trouble
