Starting to show its age odd strata
Reviewed onI owned and lived here for several years The building is 25 years old and is starting to show it Has had flooding on the bottom units with mould problems that has been repaired patched on a unit by unit basis Leaky condo problems repaired a few years ago Top floors are better Other owners are older women some renters a nosy strata president who is a bit of a curmudgeon All in all an average building worth looking
