Poor building
Reviewed onI was unhappy with my purchase at 260 Queens Quay From day 1 I had concerns with the condo board Many of the amenities were in poor condition or had strict rules limiting their availability or how much you could enjoy them I found many of the other owners to be elderly and angry Not the best environment to own at More of a short term renter style building
