The views in the condo I saw were to the south Pretty nice as well The condo was a little higher than the middle so hence the nice views It was pretty noisy in my opinion from Hastings Older buiding Condition of the building and condo were just okay nothing special I would like a north facing unit just so it is quieter

I recently had a chance to visit a freind's freind in this building Who would have thought you could get a view like this in a building like this What I mean by that is the building is average and to my understanding the prices are quite reasonable as well I was impressed with a water mountian and city view The building itself is pretty typical for an older concrete building but that is not a bad thing The other great thing here is that there are very few concrete buildings in this area and this is a great area with all that Hastings Street has to offer I would definately reccommend this building to anyone who enjoys the lifestye of the area
