Unfortunately evenings can be loud and especially entrance and parking lot Lots of students rent in the building and have no idea how to live in a building without partying hard Very dissapointed Beautiful building and landscaping The population is rough on the building and not conscious of being good neighboors Think seriously before living here Smoking allowed on balcony and pets allowed and there are a lot of dogs barking outside If you like peace and quiet not the place to live Big you like action and lots of noise then it's for you
